Reasons for account blocking

Verification of account

In order to proceed with real trading, one of the official requirements includes identity verification, which is available from the profile menu. Also, one of the steps, for phone number confirmation, may be passed separately – for users who are not ready to complete the account, but want to secure it from hacker attacks. Multiple accounts

The platform’s official policy prohibits any authorizations of multiple accounts – they are considered as market manipulation attempts and guarantee the user’s banishment from all of the registered profiles. In case the user wants to open another account instead of existing one, then it should be deleted or blocked, with further registration on a different e-mail address.

If the person lives in the area with limited trading activity, then this issue should be directly discussed with the administration. They will check whether this statement is true and will review the decision about opening the real profile.

When the user sees the message about account activity restriction, the next actions depend on the reason of block. If it states “suspicious activity” or “self blocking”, then below there will be the button for unblocking it, opening the conversation with customer support service. For more serious issues, featuring the intended Terms of Use violation, the ban is permanent and does not leave any room for discussion.
